Key Card Access with Facial Recognition
Personalized access key cards guarantee that only authorized personnel can enter the facility, while advanced facial recognition software creates a profile of every individual entering the premises.
Office Biometric/Keypad Lock
A secure door code is mandatory for accessing the office area, preventing unauthorized entry into sensitive workspaces. CryoFuture staff must pass through a biometric verification system to enter the specimen vaults, ensuring that only those with the highest clearance can gain access.
Keypad Lock for Storage Tank Vaults
Our specimen tank vaults are fortified with a keypad lock system for enhanced protection.
24/7 Security Alarm System and Monitoring
Our facility is equipped with an advanced security alarm system that is monitored continuously by a professional security company.
Remote Monitoring by CryoFuture Staff
During off-hours, CryoFuture staff remotely monitor the premises. Strategically positioned security cameras provide uninterrupted surveillance, enabling swift detection and response to any suspicious activity.
CryoFuture Vaults
Our state-of-the-art vaults feature steel panels engineered to deliver unparalleled protection for storage tanks and patient specimens against natural disasters, including hurricanes, tornadoes, and earthquakes. These robust panels, constructed from high-strength steel, have been rigorously tested to withstand the impact of extreme weather events.

CryoFuture facilities are equipped with comprehensive backup systems to ensure uninterrupted operations and specimen safety, including:
- Backup Generators and UPS System for power outages.
- Backup LN2 Supply Tanks for consistent liquid nitrogen supply.
- Advanced monitoring solutions with triple redundancy: Tank Temperature Monitoring, Cryosentinel Thermal Imaging, and Tank Weight-Based Alarm System.
- Automatic switch to cellular network in case of Wi-Fi failure for continuous real-time monitoring.
