Transport Service Guarantee FAQ
Yes, we offer three levels of transfer protection and one comprehensive storage protection plan. Our Basic Transfer Protection provides up to $25,000 in reimbursement guarantee and is included in the transfer pricing. Premium Transfer Protection offers up to $50,000 in reimbursement guarantee for $95. Premium Transfer Protection Plus offers up to $100,000 in reimbursement guarantee for $295.
For our Transport Service Guarantee, supporting evidence includes, but is not limited to, temperature logs, physical inspection reports of shipping containers, proof of payment for the selected reimbursement limits (if applicable), and treatment invoices. We, along with your sending or receiving clinic, may be able to assist with accessing this documentation.
CryoFuture Specimen Transfer Service Guarantee and a specific reimbursement limit must be selected (or opted out of) at the time of the specimen transfer authorization and cannot be added retroactively.
For our Transport Service Guarantee, we aim to complete the process within 20 business days after receiving all necessary documents.
The reimbursement is based on the reimbursement limit selected and the actual costs documented, up to the maximum amount of the chosen reimbursement limit.
