The timeline for moving your specimens depends on your clinic’s processing times and availability. Our local transfer services are hand-delivered to our facility by trained medical couriers. Expedited services are available at a fee, and we will coordinate the most efficient timeline with your clinic to ensure a smooth transition.
Other cryotransport companies use general couriers, which means your specimens are shipped with hundreds of other packages and sent to sorting facilities, increasing time and risk. CryoFuture provides the safest way to transport your specimens with direct clinic-to-facility delivery by trained medical couriers, ensuring maximum security and minimal transit time.

CryoFuture offers comprehensive protection for both storage and transport. Our Storage Service Guarantee provides up to $35,000 in coverage for your specimens while in storage. Our Transport Service Guarantee (for eligible transfers) includes up to $25,000 in coverage with our standard transport fees, which can be upgraded to $50,000 for an additional $95.

All CryoFuture locations have backup generators in the event of a power outage. However, our specimens are stored in tanks filled with liquid nitrogen, which does not rely on power to maintain its temperature, ensuring uninterrupted preservation.
