If you wish to transport your specimens to a different fertility clinic, there will be a fee to transport your specimens back which will vary depending on the location of the clinic.
Yes. CryoFuture is the leader in safe and secure cryo transportation and storage in the US. Our tanks are GPS and temperature monitored throughout shipment to our facilities. For local shipments our CryoFuture technicians hand pick-up and deliver your specimen, transported in our vehicles outfitted with crash proof safes. For out of state shipments, a medical courier will hand pick-up and deliver your specimen to and from a medical courier flight to our facilities.
Other cryo transportation companies use general couriers to transport your specimens. This means that they will be shipped in a truck with hundreds of other packages, often sent to a sorting facility before being delivered. This increases the time and risk associated with your shipment. CryoFuture provides the safest way to transport your specimens with direct clinic-to-facility delivery, by trained medical couriers.
We have back-up generators in the event of a power outage. However, specimens are stored in tanks filled with liquid nitrogen, which is not reliant on power to maintain its temperature.
